Tom Cavanaugh, President Tom founded PTSI in 2000. He began his career in banking with First Interstate Bank where he managed portfolios which included transportation, accounts receivable and inventory loans. In 1989, Tom became a partner in National Business Finance, Inc., a factoring company which was sold to Wells Fargo in 1996. Tom continued to manage the Factoring Division until 1999. Franci Bond, Vice President Franci joined PTSI in 2006 bringing 20 years of experience in banking, finance and credit. Franci worked for Wells Fargo both in LA and Denver where her responsibilities included portfolio, credit and risk management. Franci supervised a multi-state team of collateral examiners. Franci along with her team is responsible for credit and relationship management. Franci earned a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Point Loma College in San Diego. Paige Burkeholder, Vice President – Sales Paige joined PTSI in 2009. Paige began her banking career as a commercial bank lender for Wells Fargo in Omaha and later Denver, where she was a Vice President in the Wells Fargo Capital Finance Receivables Funding division. Her work with a diversity of companies including manufacturing, distribution, service, technology and transportation gives her a broad view from which to assist her prospects.
